Travel Consultant – Travel Agent Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to join Hotel Shop as a Travel Agent Executive. You will design memorable travel experiences for honeymooners, families, and adventure seekers while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Create customized travel packages and itineraries for diverse client groups.
• Coordinate with global suppliers to secure optimal rates and options.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and other services using reservation systems such as Galileo and Amadeus.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs promptly.
• Utilize sales techniques to recommend and upsell travel services.
• Prepare detailed reports on bookings, sales performance, and client feedback using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel planning, ticketing, and cruise reservations.
• Personal travel experience to at least three international destinations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Attention to detail and professional grooming.
