UI/UX Designer – SaaS & Dashboard Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the design of our SaaS and CRM projects. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers and product owners to transform complex, data‑heavy workflows into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces. The role is hands‑on, covering everything from user flows and wireframes to high‑fidelity, developer‑ready designs in Figma.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI for CRM modules such as dashboards, client management, tables, forms, reporting, settings and permissions.
• Build and maintain a Figma design system, including components, variants, tokens, typography and spacing, synchronized with the frontend component library.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, usable interfaces and work directly with developers on feasibility and hand‑off.
• Create responsive layouts and handle complex states (empty, loading, error, permission‑restricted, dense data views).
• Produce clean hand‑off files with specifications, assets and documented interaction behavior.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, support tickets and analytics.
• Contribute to accessibility and usability standards, ensuring WCAG‑informed contrast, keyboard flows and readable data density.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX experience, preferably on web applications, dashboards, SaaS or internal tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, data‑heavy interfaces.
• Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction patterns and design‑system thinking.
• Ability to work directly with developers and incorporate feedback through review cycles.
• Comfortable operating in a ticket‑based workflow (Jira or similar).
• Good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, variants, prototyping).
• Jira or similar ticketing system.
• Basic HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with React‑based component libraries (MUI, shadcn/ui, Ant Design) and design‑token mapping.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
