About the role

Bridge International for Academic Services, Jordan’s leading institution for studying abroad, is looking for an experienced Visa Specialist to join its Amman office. The role involves managing end‑to‑end visa processes for students, business travelers and tourists, ensuring compliance with ever‑changing immigration regulations while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle visa applications from initial assessment through document preparation, submission, follow‑up and final decision.
• Process student, business and travel visas for major international destinations.
• Assess applicants’ circumstances, advise on required documents, processing timelines and embassy procedures.
• Review application files for accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare applicants for visa interviews and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Monitor changes in immigration laws, embassy requirements and visa policies.
• Maintain confidential, well‑organized records for all cases.
• Communicate effectively with applicants, embassies, visa application centres and other external parties.

Required profile

• Extensive professional experience in visa processing, consultancy or immigration services.
• Strong knowledge of student, business and travel visa procedures across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to manage complex applications and identify potential issues before submission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational ability and professional judgement.
• Capacity to handle multiple applications and tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and client care.
