Voice and Collaboration Engineer

About the role

CrossRealms International is seeking a Voice and Collaboration Engineer to join its international team. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from deployment and integration to troubleshooting and post‑launch support for clients in the U.S. and MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support UC solutions using 3CX, Microsoft Teams Phone and Zoom Phone, including PBX configuration, SBCs, call routing and IVR.
• Manage voice services on Linux and Windows platforms and deploy solutions across AWS, Azure and on‑premises environments.
• Perform migrations from legacy systems such as Cisco UCM/Unity Connection to modern cloud or hybrid platforms.
• Develop and maintain API integrations with CRM, helpdesk and other business applications.
• Coordinate with telecom carriers for SIP trunks, number porting and related services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0‑2 years of hands‑on experience with VoIP, telephony or unified communications.
• Strong English communication skills for direct interaction with international clients.
