Application Specialist – Senior Associate (IFS)

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking an Application Specialist – Senior Associate within its Internal Firm Services (IFS) team. You will support finance systems, ensuring smooth operation across the finance function and the wider business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2‑3 support for finance applications, resolving user issues promptly.
• Assist with system testing during upgrades and coordinate with hosting centres or vendors.
• Run and understand standardized reports, troubleshooting data queries and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with global Centres of Excellence and technology teams on complex technical challenges.
• Monitor system usage, report any misuse, and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience supporting finance‑related applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
