About the role
Join our hotel team and be the first friendly face guests see. As a Bell Man you will create memorable experiences by assisting guests with their luggage and introducing them to their rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
- Retrieve, transport, organize and store guest luggage according to guidelines.
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with room features.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of equipment.
Required profile
- Passion for spreading hospitality warmth.
- Integrity and doing the right thing.
- Leadership and teamwork orientation.
- Ownership, accountability and urgency.
