About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor who will join Concentrix’s Irbid team to assist customers in Arabic and English across multiple channels. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a consistent brand experience for a range of leading‑edge industries.
Key responsibilities
- Review and respond to customer requests according to their needs and situations.
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media, chat) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Utilize software solutions and help‑desk systems to log and track cases.
- Promote positive brand experiences and uphold service quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
- Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
Required skills
- Experience with help‑desk systems.
