BIM Manager

About the role

KEO is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the BIM design process for its projects in Amman, Jordan. You will work closely with internal design teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely production of drawings and documentation while adhering to project budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development and preparation of detailed landscape, facilities, and infrastructure drawings using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or related software.
• Manage production of land‑development drawings, base plans, and detailed documentation as required.
• Create and maintain customized tools, utilities, and scripts to automate workflows and boost productivity in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate BIM models in Navisworks for review, clash detection, and issue resolution.
• Liaise with other divisional BIM managers to integrate corporate BIM services.
• Develop, implement, and enforce information management standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and competency development for staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing BIM processes on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of design documentation standards and budget constraints.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with BIM advancements.
