Brand Manager – Consumer Health Care (CHC) – MENA Region

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Brand Manager to lead one or more Consumer Health Care (CHC) categories across the MENA region. The role combines strategic brand development with hands‑on execution of direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) and OTC/RX marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and annual plans that drive growth, brand equity, and sustainable performance.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and unmet needs in the OTC and consumer health sectors.
• Lead DTC activities, supporting social media campaigns and e‑commerce initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including development, pricing, and promotional strategies for both consumer and HCP markets.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, monitoring performance and optimizing results.
• Collaborate closely with sales, medical, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Manage brand budgets, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing principles with expertise in DTC and OTC/RX marketing.
• Strategic thinker with creativity and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Experience translating market insights into clear brand positioning and actionable initiatives.
