Freelance Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Freelance Production Supervisor to oversee a high‑profile corporate launch event in Amman. You will act as the client’s on‑site representative, ensuring every supplier delivers according to the brief, layout and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all suppliers on site through build, delivery and dismantle, including AVL, fabrication, hotel furniture set‑up, florals and printed collaterals.
• Verify that every element matches the approved brief, floor plan and layout.
• Track the production schedule, flagging delays or issues early.
• Coordinate with hotel venue teams on access, load‑in and set‑up.
• Run quality checks before doors open and remain on standby during the live event.
• Oversee dismantle and confirm the venue is cleared, reporting progress to the client’s on‑site team.

Required profile

• Based in Jordan and fluent in English and Arabic.
• Organised, assertive and calm under pressure.
• 3+ years of experience in event production or operations, preferably corporate events or brand launches.

Required skills

• Ability to read technical drawings, floor plans and production schedules.
• Experience managing AVL, fabrication and décor suppliers on site.
• Familiarity with hotel and venue operations in Jordan.
