Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will recommend and execute channel and category strategies for assigned categories, ensuring in‑store execution excellence that drives growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend channel category strategies aligned with overall trade marketing direction.
• Coordinate implementation of channel category objectives with Sales at market level.
• Provide recommendations on pricing, SKU range, distribution and new product development based on consumer and trade insights.
• Maintain and update POP Vision documents, merchandising guidelines and planograms.
• Manage outdoor and indoor activation activities for specific products and events.
• Support quarterly business reviews for top customers and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in trade marketing, category management or sales.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Experience in FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of assigned categories or channels.
