Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support planning and execution of marketing activities that strengthen the Agri-Sciences brand, drive commercial growth, and communicate the value of agricultural solutions across assigned markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing plans and calendars aligned with business objectives and product priorities.
• Coordinate and execute campaigns across digital, social, email, website, events and other channels, tracking delivery against objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, websites, newsletters, brochures, case studies, videos and other marketing materials.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions and go‑to‑market assets for biostimulants, specialty fertilizers and related solutions.
• Research target markets, monitor competitors and provide insights for marketing plans.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives, trade fairs, webinars and distributor marketing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Agriculture or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in B2B or technical‑product marketing, preferably in agriculture or agro‑chemicals.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills with ability to translate technical information into clear customer‑focused messages.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
• Experience with email marketing, digital campaign setup and analytics tools.
• Basic SEO and audience targeting techniques.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for visual creation.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
