About the role
The 6‑month Graduate Trainee – Performance program is designed for fresh graduates and professionals seeking a career in media and digital marketing. Participants will rotate through key departments, receive structured training, and work on real client projects.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions, workshops and departmental rotations.
- Support teams with research, data analysis, reporting and presentations.
- Contribute to real client projects under guidance of experienced team members.
- Develop analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.
- Interpret data, identify insights and provide recommendations.
Required profile
- Motivated individual eager to build a career in media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and demonstrate professionalism.
