About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our corporate B2B growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing long‑term relationships with corporate clients in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to communicate value propositions to corporate clients.
- Identify and independently pursue new B2B opportunities, managing the relationship from initial contact to closing.
- Conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities, and risks in the corporate segment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to senior executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure precise fulfillment of corporate client needs.
- Develop competitive proposals and pricing strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline health using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development handling corporate accounts.
- Expert‑level presentation and negotiation skills with senior corporate stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented, strong organizational abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
