Civil Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Jordan Gate Construction Contracting is looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to join its team and oversee civil works across multiple project sites. The role involves ensuring that construction activities meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Track project progress and prepare periodic technical and quantity‑surveying reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings and perform quantity surveying as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in construction and engineering projects.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
