CX Business Solutions Manager

About the role

The CX Business Solutions Manager will shape the product vision and roadmap for customer experience solutions, aligning them with market trends and client needs. This senior role bridges product strategy, customer discovery, and cross‑functional delivery to drive high‑impact CX innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in line with customer needs and market dynamics.
• Conduct competitive analysis, Voice‑of‑Customer research, and discovery to uncover new opportunities.
• Translate business and customer requirements into high‑level feature definitions and prioritize them based on impact and commercial value.
• Own intake, clarification, and business evaluation of customer change requests, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
• Lead business analysts across CX product lines, overseeing BRDs, personas, and journey maps.
• Guide UX/UI development and usability testing to continuously improve the product.
• Represent product direction internally and externally, supporting pre‑sales, sales, and RFP processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or CX‑focused roles, preferably in B2B software or telecom.
• Proven track record of managing product teams and delivering successful software solutions.
• Strong understanding of CX technologies, customer journey design, and user‑centric development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
