Digital Impact Specialist

About the role

The Digital Impact Specialist will join UNICEF Jordan’s Digital Impact/ICT function to provide first‑ and second‑level ICT help‑desk support and enable digital workplace tools. The role blends hands‑on technical assistance with the development of modern digital solutions to improve staff productivity and service continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level help‑desk support for ICT equipment, standard applications, connectivity and collaboration tools.
• Assist staff with Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Support and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries and internal trackers.
• Manage user access and basic tasks in Azure/Entra ID and other cloud systems.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and digital forms.
• Contribute to Power BI dashboards, reporting and data visualisation.
• Provide technical support for virtual, hybrid and in‑person meetings and audiovisual systems.
• Document solutions, create user guidance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in ICT support, help‑desk services or digital workplace environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and work effectively in multicultural settings.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
