Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Account Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Account Manager) to manage client relationships and deliver digital marketing strategies for hospitality and food-and-beverage brands. The role combines account management with hands-on execution of social media campaigns, content production and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with hospitality and F&B clients.
• Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee content production, including food photography, venue shoots and video.
• Maintain social media calendars, execute campaigns and engage community.
• Launch and monitor paid advertising campaigns through Meta Business Suite and other platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support new business development.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media best practices and hospitality industry insights.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, account management or hospitality marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising and content marketing.
• Knowledge of hospitality brands, customer experience and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Jordan’s hospitality, restaurant and café industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
