E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

About the role

DCP is seeking an E‑commerce Marketplace Specialist to expand its Amazon business in the United States and grow brand presence on additional e‑commerce platforms. The role focuses on marketplace growth, optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day performance of the Amazon US marketplace account.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, assortment and offers.
• Track product performance, category trends and market share.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches and listing improvements.
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, images, keywords and variations.
• Maintain catalog accuracy and listing health.
• Review account performance and recommend actions to improve sales and organic visibility.
• Support growth on Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop and other e‑commerce platforms as needed.
• Prepare regular performance and market insight reports.
• Stay current on marketplace policies, trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts, preferably in the US.
• Strong understanding of listing optimization, catalog structure and marketplace operations.
• Experience with competitive analysis, pricing reviews and product positioning.
• Familiarity with Amazon product launch processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.
