Enterprise Applications Administrator – Amman

About the role

The Enterprise Applications Administrator ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Amideast’s in‑house and cloud‑based information systems that support core organizational functions across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain major enterprise applications, including Moodle LMS, CRM, HR, and financial systems.
• Manage user access, permissions, roles, and account lifecycle processes.
• Configure, deploy, and upgrade applications, modules, integrations, and enhancements.
• Monitor system availability, security, and performance using appropriate tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement improvements to maximize stability and efficiency.
• Apply updates, patches, and security configurations across all managed applications.
• Enforce IT policies related to access control, data protection, and acceptable use.
• Collaborate with HQ, regional offices, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve application issues.
• Provide advanced technical guidance for escalated help‑desk tickets and mentor IT staff.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, data mappings, and processes.
• Coordinate testing, including user acceptance testing, for new releases and enhancements.
• Support IT change‑management processes to ensure controlled deployment of updates.
• Evaluate new software solutions and prepare recommendations for leadership.

Required profile

• Relevant experience administering enterprise applications such as LMS, CRM, HR and financial systems.
• Proven ability to work with regional offices, headquarters and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
