Enterprise Presales Supervisor

About the role

The Enterprise Presales Supervisor supports the sales team by providing expert technical guidance and designing customized networking, security and cloud solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role ensures proposals align with customer business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to capture customer requirements and design appropriate networking, security and cloud architectures.
• Create accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) that reflect technical and business goals.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to customers, simplifying complex concepts.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, Dell, Huawei and related technologies.
• Build competitive business cases and ROI analyses, challenging cost elements with relevant parties.
• Foster strong relationships with sales teams, customers and vendors throughout the presales process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5‑8 years of experience in presales, solution design or technical sales.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, HPE ASE, Dell Infrastructure, Fortinet NSE are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
