Experienced Hire Recruiter (Assurance) - MENA

About the role

EY is hiring a Supervising Associate within its MENA Experienced Hire Recruitment team. You will support and manage recruitment delivery for the Assurance service line across several countries in the region, working closely with hiring stakeholders, Talent teams and external partners. The role is particularly focused on high-volume hiring periods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a defined business or businesses, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a quality service to stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor, giving insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
• Build and develop networks and relationships with key business stakeholders, and engage them in the selection process in line with EY's diversity and inclusion goals.
• Develop recruitment plans, sourcing strategies for specialist skills and shortlists or pipelines of candidates.
• Evaluate sourcing channels regularly and use data, analytics and talent market insights to refine recruitment strategies.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and talent networks, and support referral campaigns and talent pooling.
• Use AI-enabled tools to organize and synthesize large volumes of recruitment data, such as interview notes, stakeholder feedback, pipeline status and hiring trends.

Required profile

• Approximately 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services company.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, attracting candidates up to Director level from internal systems, networks, headhunting and referrals.
• Ideal candidates: experience with high-volume or bulk recruitment across multiple MENA markets, exposure to recruitment in a professional services firm, familiarity with diverse stakeholder groups and regions, and experience supporting nationalization initiatives, especially Emirati talent.
