Senior Associate - Experienced Hire Recruiter (Amman & Cairo)

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced hire recruiter to join its MENA Experienced Hire Recruitment team, based in Amman. You will deliver a high-quality hiring experience for one or more business units, work autonomously as a strategic partner to stakeholders, and help shape recruitment approaches that attract top talent across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and high-quality service to stakeholders.
• Advise on talent availability, market intelligence, compensation trends and candidate expectations.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, and develop recruitment plans and sourcing strategies for generalist and specialist roles.
• Use data, analytics and market insights to refine sourcing channels and improve hiring outcomes.
• Use EY's AI-enabled recruitment and automation tools to improve screening accuracy and streamline shortlisting.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, talent networks and professional communities, and support referral programmes, talent pooling and pipelining.
• Lead negotiations and candidate closures, and contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
• End-to-end recruitment expertise, including sourcing and hiring talent up to Director level through internal systems, networks, headhunting and referrals.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, able to coach or support junior recruiters.
