Experienced Translator – Audit & Assurance (Arabic/English)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced translator to support its Audit & Assurance practice in Jordan. You will work closely with audit teams to ensure that all client‑facing documents are accurately rendered between English and Arabic, maintaining the high professional standards expected by our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate audit reports, financial statements, management letters, proposals and presentations from English to Arabic and vice versa.
• Guarantee accuracy, clarity and consistency while preserving the professional tone required for client deliverables.
• Collaborate with auditors and managers to understand context and ensure translations meet technical requirements.
• Manage multiple translation requests and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Translation, Accounting or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of proven professional translation experience, preferably within audit, assurance or financial services.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic with excellent writing and proofreading abilities.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple deadlines and deliver high‑quality work under pressure.
