Marketing Manager – Growth & Brand Strategy

About the role

Mada is seeking an ambitious, strategic, and hands‑on Marketing Manager to shape and execute its marketing strategy across brand, growth, performance, communications, partnerships, and customer acquisition. The role is ideal for a candidate who can think strategically, act operationally, and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Mada’s annual and quarterly marketing strategy, aligning integrated plans with business objectives.
• Lead user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Manage paid‑media budgets, monitor KPIs (CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and optimise performance.
• Maintain and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and guiding creative direction.
• Oversee content strategy for social media, website, email, PR and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with merchants, fintech ecosystem players, universities, events and media partners.
• Track, analyse and report marketing performance, building dashboards and executive reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth or performance marketing, preferably within fintech, banking, technology, e‑commerce or high‑growth startups.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Jordan and available for full‑time employment.
