Community Manager – Crypto

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to lead and grow our crypto‑focused online communities. You will be the main point of contact for members on platforms such as Telegram, Discord and X (formerly Twitter), ensuring a vibrant and positive brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate crypto communities on Telegram, Discord and social media channels.
• Engage with members, answer questions and provide timely support.
• Monitor discussions, gather feedback and track sentiment related to our products.
• Identify trends, insights and potential reputational risks and report them to internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, product launches and community initiatives.
• Organise AMA sessions, contests and live discussions to boost engagement.
• Measure community metrics and present performance reports.
• Maintain brand‑consistent communication tone.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital Media.
• At least 3 years of experience in community management or social media.
• Background in crypto, fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain trends.
