Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager leads the full finance and accounting function for Guarantee Travel Group, ensuring accurate financial records and providing strategic financial support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Lead and supervise the finance team, including Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accountants, and Accountants.
• Establish, implement, and monitor finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and meet all deadlines.
• Review and approve profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash‑flow reports.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Review and approve tax reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and liaise with auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risks.
• Oversee intercompany transactions between Dubai and Amman operations.
• Review contracts from a financial perspective and highlight potential risks.
• Improve finance and accounting processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.
• Oversee ERP system usage and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance management, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and decision‑making skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
