Financial Due Diligence Manager

About the role

We are a boutique consulting firm seeking a seasoned Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead buy‑side and sell‑side diligence engagements across Jordan. You will work closely with audit, tax, legal and valuation teams to deliver comprehensive assessments for M&A transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end financial due diligence projects for mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Analyse historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, risks and value drivers.
• Review revenue streams, cost structures and profitability to uncover integration considerations.
• Identify deal risks, financial irregularities and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Prepare detailed due‑diligence reports and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (audit, tax, legal, valuation) throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiation and post‑deal integration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field (CPA, ACCA, CFA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services or M&A advisory.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Prior exposure to Middle‑East markets is an advantage.
