Operations Manager - Crypto

About the role

We are looking for a talented Operations Manager with a focus on crypto to lead and optimise our platform’s end‑to‑end processes. You will be the central point for trade execution, settlement, client account management and liquidity provider coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage platform operations covering order flow, execution, settlement and client account updates.
• Oversee trade settlement and reconciliation, working closely with Custody and Banking teams.
• Coordinate liquidity provider onboarding, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Handle client operations including account maintenance, deposits, withdrawals and support liaison.
• Develop, enforce and monitor SOPs and SLAs across all operational processes.
• Supervise OEMS/platform monitoring, incident escalation and operational reporting.
• Lead daily, weekly and regulatory reporting and ensure go‑live readiness through testing and execution.
• Identify operational risks, drive process improvements and act as primary incident coordinator.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brokerage, exchange, fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement, reconciliation and client operations.
• Experience designing processes, managing SLAs and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, vendors and operational reporting.
• Team‑management experience is a plus.
• Crypto or virtual‑asset operations experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Potential JSC Fit & Proper accreditation depending on responsibilities.
