Business Advisory Projects Manager

About the role

The Business Advisory Projects Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman, Jordan, leading advisory and consulting projects across the MENA region. The role is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and delivering client engagements while ensuring alignment with Arcadia’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop project plans and methodologies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement solutions, prepare proposals, reports and presentations.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations and thought leadership.
• Mentor team members, contribute to best practices in project and program management, and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple related projects.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in management consulting or business advisory, preferably within the MENA region.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
