About the role
The Follow up & Data Entry Clerk supports the bank’s real‑estate portfolio by ensuring that all transaction data is accurately entered, updated and reported. The role bridges branches, appraisers and technical departments, providing timely information to keep the portfolio compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain all real‑estate asset data in the bank’s systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify supporting documents, match them with system records and report discrepancies.
- Review collateral transactions from branches, resolve deficiencies and assist in preparing minutes, authorisations and sale decisions.
- Follow up on construction loans, property valuations, approvals and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with Palestinian Monetary Authority regulations for regional transactions and prepare summary reports.
- Coordinate utility payments for bank‑owned properties and verify their correctness.
- Handle client and appraiser inquiries to avoid processing delays.
- Prepare summaries of auction and legal cases, extract relevant data and enter it into the system.
- Analyse legal case tracking gaps, document findings and propose improvements.
- Produce periodic portfolio reports and maintain organised records of reports, minutes and statements.
- Support technical departments with accurate data and coordinate with Compliance on regulatory procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
