Remote Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance operations of our rental property portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the central point of contact, ensuring that maintenance requests are handled efficiently and that properties remain in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize and schedule maintenance requests and repair work.
• Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate access and updates.
• Monitor ongoing maintenance issues and follow up to guarantee timely resolution.
• Arrange regular inspections, preventative maintenance tasks, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and maintenance histories.

Required profile

• Prior experience in maintenance coordination, property management, or a related customer‑support role.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
