About the role

The Heart of House Specialist – Steward supports essential hotel operations by ensuring clean and well‑maintained dining ware, linens, and kitchen areas. Working across food‑and‑beverage, laundry, and kitchen departments, you help deliver the high standards of hospitality expected by guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers to produce spotless dishware and fresh linens.
• Transport clean dishware and linens between departments efficiently.
• Maintain and clean all assigned equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Assist teammates as needed to meet overall service goals.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Comfort standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and reaching overhead or below the knees.
• Commitment to a safe workplace, quality standards, and professional communication.
• No high‑school diploma, prior experience, or certifications required.
