About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant ensures guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and reflect the Gold Standards of The Ritz‑Carlton. You will work on‑site in Amman, delivering a memorable hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Stock carts and supply rooms with linens, amenities and cleaning supplies.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance and communication.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required skills
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and movement.
- Ability to handle objects weighing up to 50 lb.
