About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support for all HR activities related to RJ’s outstation employees. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping, timely processing of documents, and smooth communication between employees and the HR team.

Key responsibilities

  • Update and maintain employee information in the HR system, guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Maintain organized filing and archiving of employee‑related documents for efficient retrieval and compliance.
  • Issue official documents such as salary slips, tax clearance letters, and employment verifications for expatriate staff.
  • Respond to day‑to‑day HR inquiries and resolve routine issues raised by outstation employees in coordination with the Hiring Supervisor.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and absence records, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  • Facilitate off‑boarding by preparing exit documentation, calculating final settlements, and securing clearances.
  • Coordinate security‑clearance procedures and collect required documentation from selected candidates.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts for new hires, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Administer transfer and relocation procedures, issuing necessary documentation and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diversified cultures.
  • Capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer‑focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
