Human Resources Manager

About the role

WUDUH, the Jordanian hub for a U.S.-based financial settlement solutions provider, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations. Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as an operational partner to all departments, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, payroll, attendance, and performance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR strategy directives, supporting leaders on people challenges, team structuring, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes, and separations.
• Oversee HR ticketing, service delivery, and maintain HRMS data integrity.
• Validate and reconcile monthly payroll inputs with Finance and monitor attendance, absenteeism trends, and leave balances.
• Coordinate performance administration (KPIs, coaching, PIPs) and support Talent Acquisition on operational onboarding.
• Lead employee relations, handling grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and ensure labor‑law compliance.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives such as wellness programs and employee surveys.
• Produce regular operational reports on turnover, headcount, attendance, and provide actionable insights.
• Supervise the internal HR team, allocating workload, setting priorities, and ensuring service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or certifications preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership, HR operations, and administration.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and emotional intelligence.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and drive to deliver results.
