Internal Audit Associate (Internal Posting)

About the role

The Internal Audit Associate supports the execution of the Annual Control and Risk Internal Audit Plan, helping to safeguard organizational integrity. Working under senior auditors, the role covers performance, financial, operational, compliance, and fraud audit activities across various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare audit notifications, schedules, and opening‑meeting materials for auditees.
• Develop internal audit programs and coordinate logistics, including calendar invites for opening and closing meetings.
• Execute audit procedures: identify issues, develop criteria, review evidence, and document findings.
• Conduct branch‑level (7S, 52 weeks) and head‑office audits (6S).
• Collaborate closely with lead auditors and team members to ensure effective audit engagements.
• Assist in drafting audit reports with actionable recommendations and present results to auditees and senior management.
