Junior Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our team in Amman. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the design and execution of interior projects across our portfolio. You will work closely with senior designers, architects and contractors to turn concepts into functional spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in space planning and develop layout proposals.
• Create and update construction drawings and documentation.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) in line with design intent.
• Prepare design presentations for clients and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor implementation of design plans to maintain quality and functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous exposure to interior design projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM tools.
