نبذة عن الوظيفة
تسعى فندق ريتز كارلتون لتقديم تجربة فاخرة لا تُنسى للضيوف، ويتطلب ذلك فريقاً متمكناً من الحفاظ على نظافة وجمال جميع مساحات الفندق. دور خبير النظافة الفندقية يشمل ضمان تطبيق "المعايير الذهبية" اليومية لضمان راحة الضيوف.
المهام الرئيسية
- تنفيذ طلبات الضيوف المتعلقة بالنظافة وتوفير المستلزمات.
- تنظيف الغرف والمساحات العامة وفقاً للمعايير المحددة.
- تعبئة عربات التنظيف وضمان جاهزيتها.
- العمل على رفع ونقل أشياء لا تتجاوز وزن 50 رطلاً دون مساعدة.
الملف المطلوب
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة وضمان سرية المعلومات.
- القدرة على الوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات طويلة.
- الالتزام بالمظهر المهني والزي الرسمي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة في مكان العمل.
