About the role
The Laundry Attendant supports laundry operations and delivers pressing, sewing, and related services to ensure an excellent guest and member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Complete wash cycles, fold linen, store correctly and manage guest requests within brand standards and delivery deadlines.
- Greet guests warmly, provide laundry, pressing, sewing services, and ensure proper handling of soiled or damaged linen.
- Maintain linen room, uniform store, and stock floors with appropriate linen items.
- Use and store chemicals safely, report maintenance or hazard issues, and comply with security, fire, health and safety regulations.
