Lead Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to head our Developer Experience (DevX) team. You will guide a group of engineers, set high technical standards, and ensure our communication platforms run reliably for thousands of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Design, implement, and improve CI and CD pipelines.
• Configure products to meet functional and technical requirements, including integration interfaces, web services, and transport protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and operational issues across the infrastructure.
• Maintain 24x7x365 high availability for messaging, voice, and email gateways.
• Write and deploy automation scripts to streamline daily operations.
• Manage server configurations, monitoring jobs, and documentation in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Collaborate daily with offshore teams and partner networks.

Required profile

• Proven people‑management experience.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in a Professional Services or Enterprise DevOps role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
