Manager, Development & Commercialization

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead the development and commercialization of assigned product categories in Jordan. The role works closely with Tier‑1 factories, technical teams and global sourcing functions to ensure products meet design intent, manufacturability, cost targets and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end development and commercialization process for assigned products.
• Provide technical expertise to transition designs into samples and production while meeting timelines, cost targets and material standards.
• Drive continuous upgrades of technical applications, processes and new technologies.
• Supervise the collaboration between headquarters, creation centers and Tier‑1 factories, ensuring the Create‑to‑Value approach and product integrity.
• Influence cross‑functional teams (Design, Marketing, Brand Operations, Quality) and external partners, making day‑to‑day decisions within scope.
• Escalate complex issues and execute defined directives.
• Model inclusive leadership and promote diversity, equity and inclusion.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in product engineering, development or commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product testing, material selection and costing principles.
• Ability to read shell patterns, 2D/3D blueprints, BOMs and related technical documents.
• Creative mindset with strong influencing, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
