Medical Network Manager

About the role

MedNet Jordan is seeking a Medical Network Manager to lead its network department on a hybrid working model. The role combines strategic oversight of provider networks with staff development, budgeting, and contract management to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Set individual objectives, manage performance, and develop staff within the Network department.
• Deliver training on contracting and profiling to improve team expertise.
• Prepare and monitor the department budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Plan, manage, and control network development and operations to meet quality standards.
• Lead provider profiling, trend analysis, and recommendation reporting to senior management.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys with healthcare providers and report improvement actions.
• Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to explore business opportunities.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle with healthcare service providers, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
• Recommend and implement policy, process, and quality‑assurance improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a healthcare provider network or similar function.
• Strong leadership and performance‑management capabilities.
• Ability to prepare, monitor, and adjust departmental budgets.
• Excellent analytical skills for data capture, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Experience in contract negotiation, evaluation, and re‑contracting.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and satisfaction surveys.
