Mid‑Senior AI‑Augmented Full‑Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer who combines strong .NET and React expertise with the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development. You will own the design, implementation, and security of high‑performance web applications while integrating AI‑assisted workflows into our software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain .NET/C# Web API back‑ends and dynamic React (TypeScript) front‑ends.
• Design, tune, and manage relational SQL databases for optimal performance.
• Utilise AI assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and large language models to scaffold code, debug, and create intelligent prompts while rigorously reviewing AI‑generated output.
• Implement secure AI integrations using Azure Key Vault or HashiCorp Vault to protect API keys and prevent data leakage.
• Develop and manage AI‑driven workflows, including token‑limit handling, prompt engineering, and retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience delivering production‑grade applications with C#/.NET Core, React, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of when and how to apply specific AI tools and models for maximum efficiency.
• Zero‑tolerance for blind AI reliance; must be able to audit and secure all generated code.
• Strong security mindset and architectural ownership.
