About the role
We are looking for an organized Office Manager to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across the team. The role involves handling daily administrative tasks, supporting the manager, and maintaining office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and events.
- Book travel and accommodation, and prepare related documentation.
- Implement and maintain the office filing system, organizing files, records, and documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and draft reports, presentations, and memos.
- Prepare materials and follow‑up for Board meetings.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees and interns.
- Address team inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and logistics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in office administration or management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
