Partnerships & Employment Officer

About the role

Cyborg Academy is looking for a proactive Partnerships & Employment Officer to build and nurture relationships with employers, corporate clients, and strategic partners across Jordan and the GCC. The role drives employment opportunities for graduates, creates corporate training collaborations, and identifies outsourcing and grant opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, employers, and strategic partners in Jordan and GCC countries.
• Identify and secure employment, placement, and outsourcing opportunities for Academy graduates.
• Promote and sell corporate training programs, customizing solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage corporate and partnership‑based training programs from registration through completion, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Research, prepare, and submit grant and funding applications aligned with Academy objectives.

Required profile

• Proactive and well‑connected professional with strong networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to understand client needs and propose suitable collaboration models.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (clients, trainers, trainees) and manage program timelines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up capabilities throughout recruitment, placement, and grant processes.
