Product Owner – Drupal Projects

About the role

Vardot is looking for a Product Owner to lead Drupal‑based projects from discovery through delivery. You will work closely with clients, designers, and developers to ensure each product meets business goals and delivers an outstanding user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple Drupal projects, including estimation, planning, UX/UI design, development, QA, launch, and post‑launch support.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate team members to guarantee quality deliverables.
• Maintain and prioritize a comprehensive backlog of features, enhancements, and fixes using JIRA, spreadsheets, and Basecamp.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and lead release planning and scheduling.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s organization, goals, and objectives to tailor solutions.
• Act as a product ambassador, sharing non‑technical Drupal knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify reusable assets, create detailed product specifications, and proactively resolve roadblocks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Drupal or web development projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple work packages and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and leading sprint activities.
