Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Senior Consultant

About the role

INSIGHT Business Solutions is seeking a senior‑level consultant to lead the design, configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for its clients in Amman. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on translating business requirements into robust, scalable SCM processes within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client supply‑chain requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure and customise Dynamics 365 SCM modules covering procurement, inventory, production and logistics.
• Provide best‑practice guidance, conduct workshops and train end‑users on system functionality.
• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in management consulting and business‑process transformation, preferably within ERP implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities applied to supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and training.
• Industry‑specific experience or certifications in Dynamics 365 SCM are a plus.
