Quality Assurance Section Head

About the role

The Quality Assurance Section Head will lead the implementation and oversight of QA systems and GMP compliance across the assigned area. This senior position ensures that internal quality standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met through strong technical guidance and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and effectiveness of QA systems such as Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Documentation Control, and Supplier Qualification.
• Monitor GMP compliance, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Plan, support and participate in internal and external audits; ensure timely closure of observations and readiness for regulatory inspections.
• Review and approve quality‑related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Lead investigations, root‑cause analysis and closure of deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Provide technical guidance to the QA team, manage priorities and ensure deliverables are met.
• Support QA training programs and drive continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Collaborate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Engineering and other functions to embed quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of QA experience in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in QA systems, CAPA, deviations, audits, documentation control and supplier qualification.
• Excellent command of English.
