Regional Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a Regional Human Resources Generalist to support its MENAT operations. The role will provide HR administrative execution and first‑line advisory support across Jordan, Qatar and Kuwait, working with employees, people leaders and external outsourcing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records, process documentation and generate standard HR reports.
• Provide first‑line advisory on policy guidance, absence management, exits and performance conduct to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and corporate regulations, escalating complex issues to senior HR counsel as needed.

Required profile

• Foundational experience in HR administration and data management with high precision.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and compliance frameworks in Jordan, Qatar and Kuwait.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills, including experience with employee representatives.
• Professional HR certification and fluency in English and Arabic (French a plus).
